Once the nomination materials, including photos, are received by Community Child Care Co-operative they become the property of Community Child Care. Nomination materials will not be returned.

Nominators must address all of the criteria in their application. It is important to note that we are looking for candidates with examples of achievement who have gone above and beyond what would normally be expected of them in their role.
